State Certified General Appraiser

  SRA is the residential designation of the Appraisal Institute, which is considered the premier appraisal association in the world.

  SR/WA is the designation of the International Right/Way Association.  This association is comprised of engineers, right of way negotiators, title and legal counsel and appraisers.

    A Missouri Certified General Appraiser has credentials to appraise any real estate, however the appraiser is obligated to take only assignments of property for which they have the knowledge and experience to complete competently, or take steps necessary to do so.
